Radio . . when were were younger we would get ready for school, fall in love or out of love while the radio played in the background, the songs of our generation. Each event in our life was defined by a song. Fast forward to today and the "radio" is now a hidden gem . . . we live stream and You Tube just about everything these days. Radio is still out there, playing in the heart of America and in the background of our lives, the music still plays. The memories we have are brought to life with the songs of our past. Well, I was raised on radio and it is a part of my being. My Uncle, Dick Wells, had his own show on WTBQ in Warwick NY for nearly 30 years. I am ready to carry on the "family" tradition with a radio show broadcast here in Santa Fe on 101.5 THE CAT, live streaming on santafe.com and I will be live every Sunday morning from 9-10am (MST). I will be playing songs from the Great American Songbook and honoring Frank Sinatra, Dick Haymes, Edie Gorme, Peggy Lee, Bing Crosby . . you get the idea. I hope you can "tune" in and I believe if you miss the shows you can click on the podcast to hear them again. If you like what you hear or have requests or just want to say hi . .email me:
